Colonial Downs Opening Day is coming up!
Monday July 19th the Virgina track lights up their 21-day summer meet with a minimum of $500,000 in purse monies distributed daily.
StableDuel will be offering multiple Colonial Downs contests each race day including FREE games everyday opening week to allow new players to get a feel for the track without any cost. For players that are chasing after prize money, you’ll want to get involved in our FEEDERS.
On Monday, July 26th, Colonial Downs will be hosting its first ever online handicapping contest (click to read more) with several amazing prizes up for grabs that will surely appeal to horseplayers. StableDuel is getting involved by offering a chance to WIN an entry into the track contest ($500 value).
There will be three FEEDERS contests offered in the StableDuel app with Colonial Downs, one each on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Each game will have a $25 entry fee and there will be a $750 guaranteed minimum pool in each game. Any player that finishes in the top 5 in all three games will get a free $500 entry into the Colonial Downs Track Contest. If there are no entries that finish in the top 5 in all three games, the player that has the lowest aggregate score (placing) based on the finishing position in all three contests will be declared the winner. In addition to the feeders, StableDuel will be hosting “A Cup of Colonial” a quick show hosted by Bri Mott offering a few ‘key horses’ to use in your stables on each Colonial Downs raceday. Tune in on all SD’s social media channels at 10am each race morning for Bri and a guest which will include the tracks announcer Jason Beam, paddock analyst Jessica Paquette and the Queen herself Jill Byrne.
