What’s our Return Policy?
At StableDuel, we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase, but we get it – sometimes it just doesn’t work out. Whether you didn’t like it, or it wasn’t what you expected, we’ll try to make it right! Here’s what you need to know.
First, if you have any questions about your purchase do not hesitate to contact us at support@stableduel.com .
You have up to 30 days after purchase to exchange or return, unless noted in our exceptions below. Just provide your receipt, and we will refund the purchase price to the original form of payment. Please allow up to two weeks for your return and refund to be received and processed. We make every attempt to process refunds as quickly as possible. But our payment processor, Evolve Bank, or your financial institution can take up to 5-7 days for the refund to reflect in your bank account/card.
Please note that, unless we made a mistake or the product you received is damaged, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us as well as the original shipping costs.
Only even exchanges can be made. If you would like another item at a higher price than the item you are returning, we suggest creating another order online.
All sale merchandise is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
We do not accept returns for hats or any type of headwear.
Return & Exchange Instructions
For your security, please return your item(s) with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. StableDuel is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
If you are returning an item because it is damaged, defective or you did not receive the correct product ordered, StableDuel will provide a prepaid return label. Please email support@stableduel.com and we will send you your label.
