2nd Race #4 Ponda Luck (7-1) ML, $4,000 StableDuel
Last week he flashed a little more early speed than it might look on paper. He had to settle 3rd
even though he wanted to be more aggressive. He actually got shuffled back to 4th and didn't
have a whole lot of room but was full of pace late and had some really nice late energy in
between horses to just miss 2nd. He did not finish far behind the Morning Line favorite VIRGINS
BEACH BOY & our play gets a better post.
5th Race #1 Scubadan (5-1) ML, $6,000 StableDuel
He draws a great post for this field that does not seem to have much early speed. With a big
driver switch and Palone jumping aboard it feels like he will be forwardly placed from the inside.
Hoping he tries to steal it.
10th race #5 Keystone Chaos (5-1) ML, $6000 StableDuel
When he raced last week he had been off for 2 weeks and now he will be back in a regular
rotation, should be sharper. He is in very good form having finished second in 3 of his last 5
starts. He has shown versatility in recent races with the ability to Flash speed or to come from
out of it. Fits well.
