3rd Race #5 Lights Astern (10-1) ML, $1000 SD
She had legitimate trouble in her career debut. She got crossed over on at the start, and then
she had to take up & steady, had traffic and a weird trip, but definitely flashed ability. This barn
is very good with horses making their second career start, expecting improvement.
5th Race #4 Canoodling (5-1)ML, $6,000 SD
She has been showing speed in races going longer but now makes a big cut back in distance
to 5 furlongs. She should be more off the pace in this race and I think that's where you want to
be. This race looks to have a lot of early speed. Comes running late.
7th Race #8 Paleos Princess (7-2) ML, $8,500 SD
I don't mind spending up a bit for this one. She moves back in with Cal-Breds & makes a big
cutback. With the outside draw she should be in the clear and flying late.
